  RCRC Climate & YOUth Summit

Thank you for participating in the RCRC Climate & YOUth Summit 2022

We thank all participants for joining the 2nd edition of the RCRC Climate & YOUth Summit on the 1st of December 2022. You can find the summary of this years event here.

Goals of the RCRC Climate & YOUth Summit 2022

  • Check in on progress strategy: the RCRC Strategy on Youth-Led Climate Action identifies 3 Dimensions of Change, 10 Key Roles and 10 Success Indicators. This event is a great opportunity to check in where we are in relation to the strategy process.
  • Peer exchange: The strategy identifies a number of tools that young people can use. This event provides a platform for the exchange of experiences in relation to the use of these tools, as well as provides the opportunity to introduce new tools, approaches and partnerships.
  • Report back on COP27 & COY 17: This year the IFRC has a large youth presence at the COP27 and COY17 in Egypt and we are keen to hear about their experiences, achievements and suggestions for practical follow up.
