COP-15 video posted by NOAA and IRI

The IRI, IFRC and Red Cross/Red Crescent Climate Centre have made a short video on the use of seasonal rainfall forecasts for West Africa flood operations 2008. This video was shown at COP15 in Copenhagen. Information providers NOAA Climate Services and the International Research Institute for Climate and Society (IRI) have now posted the video at http://www.climate.gov/ and IRI have it on their homepage: http://portal.iri.columbia.edu/portal/server.pt.
