  Urban & Attribution

The Climate Centre’s urban work focuses on supporting inclusive climate action in cities, where multiple risks such as climate change, conflict, and inequality converge. It provides guidance, research, and practical support to partners—including Red Cross Red Crescent actors, cities, and universities—to reduce impacts on vulnerable urban populations. Key priorities include urban heat, coastal risks, and small and medium enterprises. The Centre also develops tools like heatwave preparedness resources to help communities anticipate and respond to increasing climate-related risks in urban areas.
