Roop Singh
Roop manages the urban and attribution portfolios, including leading our work on heat. She has worked for over a decade with NGOs, governments and businesses on climate risk and adaptation planning.

Andrew Kruczkiewicz
Andrew joined the Climate Centre as a technical adviser in 2014 and specializes in climate risk management. He is also a staff research associate and lecturer at the International Research Institute for Climate and Society at Columbia University, focusing on remote sensing and early warning.
Maja Vahlberg
Maja has supported the Movement for eight years, now in a joint role between the Climate Centre and the Swedish Red Cross. Her expertise lies in climate risk and adaptation through event-specific, sectoral, and national assessments. As a core member of World Weather Attribution, she leads rapid analyses to identify drivers of differential vulnerability and inform adaptation.
